I ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING WAIVER OF LIABILITY: I confirm that all the information provided is true, including vaccination status. I understand that injuries to my pet(s) can occur during any grooming process. I waive any claim against Pet Pawdicures and/or Sandra Gabriel (service provider) arising from the services provided, including but not limited to: pet handling, nail trimming/grinding, fur brushing/dematting, fur trimming/shaving, face, feet/pad, and sanitary trimming/shaving, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, etc. I waive any claim for any injury or medical or physical problem that may arise or affect my pet(s) during or after said service(s). I also agree to be financially responsible for any injury to Sandra Gabriel that may arise during, or as a result of, providing services to my pet(s). This waiver applies to all pets in my household, at any time, regardless of whether or not they are formally registered on this website.
